Milford Sound Scenic Flight & Cruise:
This scenic flight offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world with views of spectacular Alpine Highlights in Mount Aspiring and Fiordland National Parks. See impressive 3030m high Mt Aspiring, pristine glaciers, rainforest, alpine lakes and rivers and cascading waterfalls. Your flight path takes you the full length of Milford Sound before landing to board your cruise boat. Wildlife such as seals, penguins and dolphins are often viewed during the cruise. Return highlights include the Milford Track, Sutherland Falls (NZ’s highest), The Dart River Valley and Lord of the Rings Locations. Flight time 1.5 hours return.

Siberia Wilderness Experience:
This wilderness adventure is in Mount Aspiring World Heritage National Park and the Wilkin River, which is fed by the glaciers of this beautiful National Park. A ride on the Cessna 185 high winged plane gives you the opportunity to view Mt Aspiring, sometimes referred to, as the Matterhorn of the South. See glaciers, ice, snow, mountain lakes, hanging valleys, vast rain forests, and dramatic unspoiled beauty. Landing in the Siberia Valley you begin a lovely walk through native beech forest to the wilderness of the Wilkin Valley. Rendezvous with the Jetboat to experience the ultimate in shallow water jet boating.
Matuikituki Journey River Experience:
The Matukituki River; fed by glaciers and surrounded by the peaks of Mount Aspiring National Park is one of New Zealand's most powerful and pristine jet boating rivers. Travel this fast flowing river past Lord of the Rings locations, watched over by Mount Aspiring and glaciers. Along the way your guide will share stories how these ancient lands were carved by ice and of the first settlers. Experience the exhilaration of speed in just centimeters of water and spinning turns in deep pools, along with a 40 minute wilderness walk through native beech forest.
Rob Roy Glacier Walk:
A scenic drive around Lake Wanaka to the Matukituki Valley leads us to a walk up through beech forest to view the magnificent Rob Roy Glacier. Highlights include spectacular snow-capped mountain and lake views, the magnificent Rob Roy Glacier, a variety of bird life, ancient native beech forest, mosses, lichens and ferns, waterfalls and a river gorge. Walking time approx. 5hrs / Distance: 6 miles with 600m elevation. Good level of fitness required. Walk available Oct - May.
Explore the Clutha - Guided Bike Tour:

To enjoy this track it is recommended that you are able to ride a bike comfortably on a gravel path. It requires some fitness as you will be riding for 2 hours on a wide and undulating trail and with some up hill sections.Your guide does a great job at coaching on every tour so visitors come away with a better understanding of how to safely ride while having fun in the outdoors.
Guided Heli-biking - Max Vert:

How about landing at 6500 feet on one of New Zealand's highest mountain ranges! This is the country's highest mountain bike trail. Enjoy a scenic helicopter flight over looking three giant lakes below with breathtaking aerial views of Mt Cook (NZ's highest mountain) and Mt Aspiring towering through the giant snowcapped Southern Alps. This is New Zealand adventure at it's best! The ride incorporates an ‘all mountain’ aspect with a large section of dual single track undulating along the tops before the landscape turns into rolling hills. Wanaka is the perfect place to base yourself for your fishing holiday. From here we have access to the gin clear high country rivers and lakes of the Southern Alps. If weather does not permit we have access to the rivers and dams of the rain sheltered areas of Central Otago. In all of these rivers, lakes and dams you will have the opportunity to see and catch fish of an average weight of between 3-4lbs. All rivers are accessed by 4WD vehicle (helicopter fly in options are available). Some walking is involved during the day and we have fishing to suit most levels of fitness.
Mount Cook, Fox, Franz Josef and Tasman Glaciers:

Lake Cruise & Island Nature Walk:
Traveling by boat, you will journey to Waho Island Nature Reserve, a unique glacial remnant of the last ice age and an historic site with ruins from the first settlers in Wanaka. The landing has facilities and active birdlife so you may choose to opt out of the walk and to stay here instead and relax or continue on the track. We'll climb steadily through native vegetation filled with very vocal birdlife to the secret at the top - a lake on top of the island with small islands in it! Carrying on a little further we come to the very top of the island and have a sweeping 360-degree view of Lake Wanaka, its surrounding World Heritage Southern Alps and valleys and the two lakes below.
Wanaka Nature Encounter:
Begin your day with a boat cruise on the pristine waters of Lake Wanaka to Mou Waho Island Nature Reserve. A guided walk to the spectacular summit reveals the island's secret – A Lake on top of an Island! Enjoy a serene "High Tea" here, up close and personal with rare native birds before returning to Wanaka for lunch. Guided Stand-Up Paddle Boarding - Lake Wanaka:
Begin your experience with a 1 hour initial lesson (or skills session if you already have experience). This covers all of the basics you need to know to be proficient on the Standup Paddle Board (SUP). This is then followed by more skills and techniques training as you spend another hour with your guide exploring our favorite parts of Lake Wanaka. Allow 3 hours (2 hours on the water inclusive of the 1 hour lesson, plus travel time).
Wild Hills of Wanaka - 4WD Safari:
Experience the rugged beauty and solitude of the spectacular high country, bordering a World Heritage Area with this exclusive 4WD journey exploring the private farm tracks on an historic Wanaka sheep, cattle and deer station. From the site of Nehenehe, an ancient Maori settlement abandoned in the 1830’s, to the ruins of one of Wanaka’s first European settler’s farmhouses (1880’s). Alpine Lakes Heli Hike:
Enjoy a short helicopter flight, landing 1400m above the Matukituki Valley on a spectacular ridge bordering Mt Aspiring National Park, World Heritage area. Begin your 2 hour leisurely hike through flowing tussock grasses, past emerald-blue lakes and along glacial moraine ridges more frequented by animals than humans - all providing some of the finest alpine scenery in the world. Plenty of time to stop for photos and for stories told by your personal guide. At the completion of the hike your helicopter returns and whisks you off to a secret cascading waterfall (85m) for a brief stop for photos before returning you to base. * Operates Nov - Mar, allow 4.5 hours.

Mt Aspiring and Glacier Heli Flight & Mountain Landing:
Departing over Lake Wanaka we fly up the long remote Minaret Burn valley, over high country farm land, past glaciated hanging valleys, before making a high altitude mountain landing near Mount Aspiring. Known as the 'Matterhorn of the South', this mountain is one of New Zealand's most sought after peaks. After a short walk, we fly on to see, close up, a number of great blue ice hanging glaciers, ice and water falls, sheer rock faces, mountain tarns, and native beech forest before returning via the wide braided Matukituki Valley, past Treble Cone Skifield and Glendhu Bay. Flight time: Approx 45 minutes.
Tiki Tour Guided Kayak:
One of the most popular half day kayaking activities. This is a fantastic introduction to kayaking, with an easy guided paddle exploring the beautiful Lake Wanaka coastline, enjoying the outstanding scenery. Loved by all new to kayaking, families and the chilled out characters amongst us. 5 - 6 miles of easy paddling. Optional 15 minute peninsula or island walk available. The ulimate waterfall adventure on the Southern Hemisphere’s only waterfall climb. Wildwire Wanaka is an experience of a lifetime. The adventure begins in Wanaka with a spectacular drive through the mountains to the base of the Twin Falls Waterfall. You will learn safety skills and then begin your climb alongside this spectacular waterfall on our via ferrata. You will climb ladder rungs, cross wire bridges, encounter hidden pools and discover beautiful picnic spots with stunning views. The descent is by trail before heading back to Wanaka.
